• Make recommendations to the project team as to
         the various tender packages and provide
         assistance in preparing the specifications and
         tender documents. Recommendations will be
         made regarding bonding and insurance
         requirements.
  • Call trade tenders, receive, analyze and submit
         recommendations.
  • Prepare and execute contract documents for trade
         contracts. Arrange for bonds to be provided as
         required and inspect all insurance policies,
         Workers' Compensation certificates, etc.
  • Verify monthly progress claims submitted by all
         trade contractors and suppliers and submit
         reviewed and approved claim for payment direct
         by the client.
  • Submit Construction Status Reports to the client
         with circulation to team members, briefly outlining
         the financial status, the schedule status, progress
         reports, and items of immediate concern and when
         decisions have to be reached in order to keep the
         project on schedule.
  • On receipt of a final claims from trade contractors,
         determine if the work has been completed in
         accordance with the contract documents.
