• Prepare a conceptual estimate from preliminary
         plans in order to confirm the budget.
  • Review working drawings during preparation with
         regard to construction methods and details. Cost
         analysis of design options will be carried out and
         recommendations made for alternatives to be
         included in the package tender calls.
  • Evaluate market conditions in order to schedule
         tender calls to obtain the most competitive prices
         commensurate with overall project scheduling.
  • Prepare regular reports covering the financial
         status of the project, expenditures to date and
         forecast to completion as compared with the
         budget.
